Kefla did a single super attack and killed all 4 phases. She went a little overboard and used 4% of her power. She just never had to eat a hit and I did all the damage before aoe broly and agl broly could even get the chance to hit her.
Phy Cell is more self sufficient, but Broly's guaranteed double atk gives him more damage output on average. Broly can take down most teams in a single turn on highest difficulty while cell cannot.
